How long does delivery take?
Our playful packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days across Pakistan. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our Karachi hub!
Can I exchange items at a physical store?
Yes, you can! Online purchases can be exchanged at any 6SM PK. Just bring your original invoice and ensure the tags are intact.
What if my favorite item is Sold Out?
Don't worry! Click the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we’ll send you a joyful alert the moment it's back in stock.
How do I use my Return Voucher?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you a unique Voucher Code. Simply paste this code into the 'Discount Code' box at checkout on your next purchase!
Are delivery charges refundable?
If you are returning an item without a specific quality reason (change of mind), the delivery charges are non-refundable. However, if we made a mistake, we'll cover everything!
